院外延续性护理在血友病A患儿中应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy of continuing nursing care in children with hemophilia A after discharge. Methods A total of 32 children with hemophilia A were recruited in this study, in which 13 cases aged between 1 month and 12 years, and 19 cases aged between 13 years and 18 years. The continuing nursing care was performed after discharge. The score of selfrating anxiety scale (SAS), disease awareness and nursing satisfaction were investigated to those children aged between 13 years and 18 years or parents of children aged between 1 month and 12 years. The bleeding and joint disability conditions were observed monthly after discharge. Results There was a decreased in SAS score and increase in disease awareness and nursing satisfaction score after nursing intervention (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The incidence of bleeding was (1.9±1.6) times per month after intervention, which was lower than (2.8±1.2) times per month before intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion Continuing nursing care can relieve the anxiety status of children or their parents after discharge, and to increase the disease awareness and nursing satisfaction.
