以家庭为中心的护理模式在病毒性脑炎患儿康复护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the family centered care in rehabilitation nursing of children with viral encephalitis. Methods A total of 240 pediatric patients with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into the control group (n=120) and the study group (n=120). Both two groups were given conventional nursing and the observation group was applied with the family centered care. The length of stay was compared between two groups. The satisfaction degree of patent and their knowledge to disease were evaluated. Results The length of stay was shorter in the study group than that of controls (P＜0.05). Parents of chilldren in the study group achieved higher score in evaluation of nursing satisfaction and diseaserelated knowledge compared with parents of control groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion Family centered care is an effective way of improving nursing satisfaction and diseaserelated knowledge in parents, which is beneficial to rehabilitation of children with viral encephalitis.
