围手术期优质护理在唇腭裂修复术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing at perioperative period in cleft lip and palate repair surgery.Methods A total of 160 children with cleft lip and palate were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 80 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the high-quality nursing interventions were carried out in the observation group.Results The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of controls(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 2.5%(2/80)in the observation group and was 10.0%(8/80)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of parents to nursing service was 97.5%(78/80)in the observation group and was 87.5%(70/80)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing at perioperative period can reduce the risk of complications after cleft lip and palate repair surgery and improve patients' satisfaction.
