个性化护理对痴呆症患者认知与行为能力的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing intervention on cognitive function and activity of daily living in patients with dementia.Methods A total of 32 patients with dementia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 16 cases in each group. Both two groups were given routing nursing care, and the observation group was applied with individualized nursing interventions. The score of mini mental state examination(MESE), activity of daily living(ADL)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were compared between two groups at three months after intervention.Results Patients in the study group received higher scores in assessment of MESE and ADL, and lower score of HAMA compared with those in the control group at three months after intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention is effective to improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living in patients with dementia.
