高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的护理探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To discuss the nursing measures for hysteromyoma patients with highintensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 98 hysteromyoma patients with highintensity focused ultrasound therapy. Results After three months followup, there were 63 cases with more than 30% of fibroids size decreased, and their clinical symptoms were markedly improved. There were 27 cases with less than 30% of fibroids size decreased, but still received relieved clinical symptoms. There were five cases with no obvious decrease in fibroids size and three cases with secondary operation as the increased fibroids size. Conclusion Scientific and effective nursing measures, such as standardized operation, strengthened mental health and rehabilitation management, are improtant to improve the clinical effect and reduce the risk of recurrence.
