[摘要] Abstract：Objective To discuss the Nursing management of 62 cases outpatient children with dental disease receiving dental general anesthesia. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 62 cases outpatient children with dental disease, including their operational outcome, adverse reaction and followup data. Oral nursing and perioperative nursing were accomplished before and after treatment. Results A total of 62 cases, with an average treatment of (13.12±0.63) teeth and average treatment time of (3.01±0.12)hours, showed no serious and adverse reactions during treatment. The followup rate at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after operation was 88.71%(55/62), 46.77%(29/62), 27.41%(17/62), 4.84%(3/62) and 3.23%(2/62), respectively. Conclusion Perioperative nursing management is of great importance to medical safety and improve nursing quality. Parents’ compliance should be strengthened to ensure longterm effectiveness of treatments.
