持续吹干吸湿装置在皱褶相关性皮炎治疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of the device of continuing to blow oxygen and moisture absorption for adults patients with intertriginous dermatitis(ITD).Methods A total of 68 ITD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 34 cases in each group. The patient in the control group was coated with ostomy powder in skin fold, while the patient in the study group used device of continuing to blow oxygen and moisture absorption. The clinical effect in treatment of ITD was evaluated, and the cure time, rate of forced postures, temperature and absolute humidity of skin folds was recorded and compared between two groups.Results The cure rate was 73.53% in the study group and was 97.05% in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the study group had a shorter cure time, lower rate of forced postures, lower temperature and absolute humidity of skin folds compared with those in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to use device of continuing to blow oxygen and moisture absorption for ITD patients.
