个体化护理干预在幽门螺旋杆菌阳性慢性胃炎中应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing intervention in H.pylori positive chronic gastritis patients. Methods A total of 100 H.pylori positive chronic gastritis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. All patients received tricombination therapy with antibiotics and conventional nursing care, the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention additionally. The clinical efficacy, knowledge level, ability of selfmanagement and life satisfaction index A (LSLA) were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and was 7200% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Patients in the observation group achieved higher score in knowledge level, ability of selfmanagement and LSLA compared with those in the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can improve the selfmanagement ability and life satisfaction in H.pylori positive chronic gastritis patients.
