肾移植术后急性排斥反应的护理探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical feature of acute rejection after renal transplantation, and to summarize the corresponding nursing measures. Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 25 patients with acute rejection after renal transplantation. Results Of 25 patients included in this study, 23 cases with urine volume less than 1 000 mL per day, 15 cases with increased body temperature, 2 cases with limb edema. There were 15 cases with renal graft pain and 2 cases with abdominal distension. The renal function of 22 patients were recovered after treatment, One case with perirenal hematoma was received exploratory laparotomy, one case died from renal rupture and severe pulmonary infection, one case received  hematodialysis after excision of kidney graft. Conclusion Early detection and identification of acute rejection, understanding patients’ psychological status, proper use of immunosuppressive agents and  prevent ion on complications are key points in nursing care of patients after renal transplantation.
