个体化舒适护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of individualized comfortable nursing on treatment of patients with laparoscopic surgery in department of gynecology. Methods A total of 200 patients with laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups. Study group was treated with individualized comfortable nursing, while control group was treated with conventional comfortable nursing. Levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and the anxiety were compared. Results After operation, the levels of blood pressure and anxiety improved significantly (P<0.05), and those indexes in the study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of individualized comfortable nursing can significantly improve the levels of anxiety and blood pressure in patients with laparoscopic surgery in department of gynecology.
