护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention on glucose control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods Clinical materials of 110 patients with gestational diabetes were selected from February 2014 to December 2015. According to a random digital method, the 110 patients were divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given holistic nursing interventions. Glucose control and pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups. Results The blood glucose was controlled in the normal range in the observation group, and blood glucose control was significantly better than the control group. Adverse pregnant outcomes such as rate of cesarean section, pregnancy-induced hypertension, neonatal asphyxia, great children, excessive amniotic fluid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of clinical nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can control blood glucose in the normal range and reduce adverse pregnant outcomes.
