非营养性吸吮在早产儿吞咽功能障碍中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of nonnutritive sucking (NNS) on dysfunctional deglutition of premature infants. Methods A total of 90 premature infants with stable life signs and milk volume less than 10 mL within 24 hours after childbirth were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Premature infants in the experimental group were treated with microfeeding and nonnutritive sucking, while the infants in the control group were only treated with microfeeding. Clinical efficacy was compared before and after treatment between two groups. Results There were significant differences in feeding tolerance time and birthweight regaining time between two groups (P＜0.05), and there were significant differences in frequency of reflux and gastric remnant between two groups as well (P＜0.05). Conclusion Nonnutritive sucking can effectively improve the dysfunctional deglutition in premature infants, shorten the course of disease and reduce the incidence rate of feeding complications.
