老年患者静脉输液的护理问题与解决策略

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore nursing problems and solution strategy of elderly patients with venous transfusion. Methods Nursing problems in the elderly patients with venous transfusion from 2012 to 2015 were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were put forward. Results The main nursing problems were difficulty puncture and effusion, adjustment of drip injection rate, frequent transfusion reaction, countermeasures to ensure that the first time success, strengthening inspection and psychological nursing, infusion safety consciousness, standardization of operation, adjustment of the infusion rate, and health education. Conclusion Targeted nursing problems for the elderly patients with venous transfusion can improve the success rate of vein puncture, and reduce adverse events and the occurrence of infusion reaction.
