美皮康泡沫敷料在临床无创机械通气患者中的应用及效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of mepilex foam dressing on treatment of patients with noninvasive mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 80 CHD and COPD patients with symptom of respiratory failure were treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was treated with mepilex foam dressing on both sides of the face and nose, while the control group was treated with ordinary oronasal mask method. At the end of the treatment, blood oxygen saturation and comfortable degree were compared. Results The gas leakage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05), and the oxygen saturation and comfortable level were significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Application of mepilex foam dressing in treatment of patients with noninvasive mechanical ventilation can improve the blood oxygen saturation and comfortable degree and reduce incidence of facial gas leakage.
