生大黄加薄荷油脐部贴敷防治胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘的疗效观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of umbilical application with raw rhubarb and mint oil in treatment of abdomen distension and constipation in patient with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture. Methods A total of 48 patients with abdomen distension and constipation as thoracolumbar vertebral fracture were randomly divided into the observation group (n=26) and the control group (n=22). Both two groups were given conventional nursing care and the umbilical application with raw rhubarb and mint oil was applied in the observation group additionally. The overall effective rate was compared between two groups. Results the overall effective rate was 81.7% (21/26) in the observation group and was 54.5% (12/22)in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Umbilical application with raw rhubarb and mint oil is effective in relieving abdomen distension and constipation in patient with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.
