品管圈活动实施对急诊、病房护士工作交接质量的改善研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) on improvement of work handover quality between nurses in emergency room and ward. Methods A total of 68  patients before the implementation of QCC in emergency room were selected as control group, and 68 patients after the implementation of QCC in emergency room were selected as observation group, the. The control group was conducted with the conventional process for work handover between nurses in emergency room and ward, while the observation group was conducted with the QCC for work handover. The incidence rates of adverse reactions during transport and handover were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence rates of adverse reactions such as leakage of project handover, handover process errors, unclear  language expression, unknown of patient’s identity, the nonstandardized fixation of pipeline, the fuzzy line mark or no mark were significantly lower in the observation group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementation of QCC can effectively improve work handover quality between nurses in emergency room and ward and reduce the incidence rate of adverse events.
