“萨提亚模式”在长期住院男性精神分裂症患者护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing care based on Virginia Satir model in male schizophrenia patients with long-term hospitalization.Methods A total of 80 cases of male schizophrenics with long-term hospitalization were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Both of two groups were given routine antipsychotics psychiatric nursing, and the intervention group was applied with humanized nursing care with Virginia Satir model psychological treatment. Then the change of self-knowledge force and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ), the scale for assessment of negative symptoms(SANS score)and satisfaction survey of the two groups of patients before and 6 months after intervention were compared.Results the score of ITAQ was improved in both of two groups at 6 months after intervention, and was higher in the intervention group than that of controls, with significant difference(P<0.01). The score in each dimension of SANS was decreased in the intervention group at 6 months after intervention, and was lower compared with that of controls, with significant difference(P<0.01). the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.00%(38/40)in the intervention group and was 77.50%(31/40)in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of humanized nursing centered on Virginia Satir model may benefit those schizophrenia patients with a proper psychological state to adapt to the society and family.
