品管圈活动在规范急诊抢救室护理记录中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)on standardization of nursing record in emergency room.Methods To summarize the potential risk factors in nursing record from June 2014 to June 2015. The QCC was established between July 2015 and July 2016. A total of 200 cases of nursing record were selected(100 cases before and after implementation respectively), and the missing in nursing records were analyzed.Results The rate of missing in nursing records dropped from 14.4% before implementation to 2.6% after implementation, with a significant difference(P<0.05). QCC member achieved a better performance in responsibility, confidence, initiative, problem-solving, group cohesiveness, coordination, happiness and QCC skills after implementation of QCC.Conclusion Application of QCC can improve the quality of nursing record in emergency room.
