集束化营养干预方案在食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nutrition intervention in patients with esophageal carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods A total of 228 patients with esophageal carcinoma undergoing surgical treatment after concurrent chemoradiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group (n=118) and the control group (n=110). Both two groups were given conventional treatment during concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and the observation group was given additionally cluster nutrition intervention.Results The radical resection rate was 856% in the observation group and was 69.1% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).The threeyear survival rate was 63.6 % in the observation group and was 35.5 % in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with cluster nutrition intervention may increase the radical resection rate and postoperative survival rate in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
