PDCA循环管理法在护理质量持续改进中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation in continuous progress of nursing quality. Methods Fourteen nurses from department of cardiothoracic and hepatobiliary surgery were selected. The nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients to nursing were compared before intervention (from July 2013 to June 2014) and after intervention (from July 2014 to June 2015). Results Scales in assessment of document writing, ward management, specialist nursing procedures and serving attitude were significantly higher after intervention than those before intervention (P<0.01). A total of 1 115 questionnaires were sent out (555 valid samples before intervention and 560 valid samples after intervention). The nursing satisfaction rate was 92.8% (515/555) before intervention and was 96.1% (538/560) after intervention, and there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation can be used as an effective management tool in the continuous progress of nursing quality.
