门诊护士对健康教育的认识及实施状况调查分析
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To explore the cognition and implementation situation of health education in outpatient nurses. Methods A total of 70 nurses from outpatient department were included in this study. The selfdesigned questionnaire was used to investigate their personnel knowledge of health education and the implementation situation. Results The main health education program outpatient nurses provided to patients was education on disease related knowledge, accounting for 9286%(65/70), followed by guidance on timetable and life behavior. Only 14.29% nursing had received systematic training on health education. The main influencing factor of implementation was inadequate training, accounting for 88.57 %( 62/70). There were 43.48%(10/23) nurses with 10 years or more working years and 21.28%(10/47) nurses with working years less than 10 years had experience of providing health education, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The cognition of outpatient nurses on health education knowledge was relative poor in this study. The enhanced training on health education knowledge and skills should be provided to outpatient nurses.
