股骨颈骨折老年患者的临床护理要点研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore clinical nursing for patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with femoral neck fracture  were collected and were randomized into observation group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group implemented usual care, and the observation group implemented full course nursing. Perioperative complication rate and overall satisfaction with care were compared. Results The overall perioperative complication rate was 6.67% (4/60) in the control group, and was 31.67% (19/60) in the observation group, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Overall nursing satisfaction was 96.67% (58/60) in the control group, and was 80.00% (48/60) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing for femoral neck fracture patients can help reduce the incidence of complications during perioperation, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction, so it is worthy of application in clinic.
