地级市医院急诊分级分区分流现状调查及分析
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of triaging patients by grading and subarea in emergency department of Shantou tertiary hospital, and to provide evidence for decisionmaking. Methods A survey based on selfmade questionnaires was performed to 423 medical staffs from emergency department of four tertiary hospitals. Results Of 423 medical staff investigated, 205 cases (48.5%) triaged patients by experience after inquiring symptoms, 247 cases considered the standard of emergency triage was necessary. There were 230 medical staffs (54.4%) incorrectly classifying patients by medical status and health resource demands, according to the Emergency Department Standardization Process. A Total of 222 medical staffs (52.5%) considered that emergency triage mode by grading and subarea was feasible, and 357 cases (84.4%) required training on emergency triage knowledge. The satisfaction rate to emergence environment and preexamination triage was low, which was 14.7% and 24.3% respectively. Conclusion It is complicated to implement the triage method by grading and subarea, and more training to triage knowledge and skills should be provided.
