老年心肌梗塞急诊溶栓抗凝治疗的护理配合

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation of emergency thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy in the elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both two control group received conventional nursing care, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures. The thrombolysis time, length of stay, rate of rescue and incidence of complication were compared between two groups. Results The thrombolysis time and length of stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). there was no significant difference in rate of rescue between two groups (P＞0.05). Patients in the observation group had lower incidence of arrhythmia, gingival bleeding and subconjunctival hemorrhage compared with those of controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention may improve clinical outcome and reduce the risk of cardiovascular event in elderly patients after emergency thrombolysis and anticoagulation treatment.
