个案追踪法结合情景教学在低年资护士临床实践能力培训中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of case tracking methodology combined with situational teaching method in clinical practice ability of junior nurses. Methods The case tracking methodology combined with situational teaching method was used in the training program for 6 junior nurses. The test outcome of clinical practice ability before and 6 months after training were compared. Results A total of 66 tests on clinical practice ability were carried out, with 33 times before and after training respectively. There was no significant difference in overall qualified rate of test before and after training (P>0.05). The qualified rate in clinical thinking ability, observation ability, standardized operation, communication and specific knowledge were significant higher after training compared with those before training(P<0.05). Conclusion Case tracking methodology combined with situational teaching method is an effectively to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of junior nurses and to ensure the nursing safety.
