术后急性呼吸衰竭危险因素筛查及综合护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the risk factors of postoperative acute respiratory failure and to investigate the effect of related comprehensive nursing measures.Methods A total of 50 patients with postoperative acute respiratory failure were recruited as the observation group, another 48 patients without postoperative acute respiratory failure were selected as the control group. The clinical data were compared between two groups. Patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing measures, and arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and arterial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2)of patients in the observation group were measured.Results risk factors of postoperative acute respiratory failure included age, smoking behavior, length of stay and combined pulmonary disease. The level of PaO2 and PaCO2 were improved in observation after intervention compared with those before intervention, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative acute respiratory failure is highly related with age, smoking behavior, length of stay and combined pulmonary disease. It is required to carry out comprehensive nursing measures to improve the level of blood gas index.
