直视插入连续灌流式尿道膀胱镜患者应用疼痛护理的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing for bladder cancer patients with insertion of continuous perfusion urethral cystoscope under direct version. Methods A total of 60 patients with bladder cancer were divided into treatment group and control group according to use of cystoscope, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with insertion of continuous perfusion urethral cystoscope under direct version and given intraoperative and postoperative comfortable nursing, while the control group was treated with conventional cystoscope and given conventional nursing. Both groups were treated with bladder cancer vaporization under Spinal epidural anesthesia. Postoperative pain and complications were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in pain score and incidence rate of complications between two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion Insertion of continuous perfusion urethral cystoscope under direct version has lots of advantages such as small surgical trauma, less pain and complications, shorter hospitalization time and rapid recovery.
