针对性手术室护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing measures in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 130 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 65 cases in each group. the control group was given routine nursing care while the observation group was applied with the targeted nursing measures. The satisfaction degree to nursing service and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.38%(62/65)in the observation group and was 84.62%(55/65)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). the postoperative complication rate was 9.23%(6/65)in the observation group and was 23.08%(15/65)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the risk of postoperative complication in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
