协同护理模式对直肠癌Miles术后患者负性情绪及并发症的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of collaborative nursing model on negative emotion and complication of patients with rectal cancer after Miles operation. Methods A total of 112 patients with rectal cancer undergoing Miles operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 56 cases in each group. Both of two groups received conventional nursing and the observation group was applied with collaborative nursing model. The length of stay and perineum wound healing time was observed, and the negative emotion status was assessed in both of two groups. The incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups. Results The observation group had a shorter length of stay and perineum wound healing time compared with the control group (P＜0.05). The selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS) were dropped in both of two groups after intervention (P＜0.05), and were significant lower in the observation group than those of controls (P＜0.05). The observation had lower incidence of nausea and vomiting, fever and colostomy stenosis compared with the control group (P＜0.05).  The observation group reached a higher score of  nursing satisfaction compared with the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Collaborative care model can improve the nursing quality and relieve negative emotions, as well as reducing postoperative complication of patients with rectal cancer after Miles operation.
