膳食营养干预对老年脑梗死住院患者生活质量和营养状况的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of dietary nutrition intervention on quality of life and nutritional status of long-term hospitalized senile patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 hospitalized senile patients with cerebral infarction were assigned to the observation group(n=33)and the control group(n=27). Both two groups received routine nursing care while the dietary nutrition intervention was carried out in the observation group. The quality of life was evaluated by36-item short-form health survey questionnaire(SF-36). The level of hemoglobin and serum albumin were compared between two groups after intervention.Results The score of physical function, mental function, social function and material life were higher in the observation group than those of controls after intervention, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Patients in the observation group had a higher level of hemoglobin and serum albumin after intervention compared with those of patients in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The dietary nutrition intervention can improve the nutritional status and quality of life in senile patients with cerebral infarction.
