护理个案管理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of nursing case management mode in patients with breast cancer. Methods This nonconcurrent study included 50 patients with breast cancer who received conventional nursing care after operation (as control group) and 50 patients who received nursing care based on case management mode after operation (as study group). The selfefficacy, limb abduction degree, quality of life and the nurse's acceptance were analyzed between two groups.  Results The score of general selfefficacy scale was (4.73±0.33) in study group and was(3.51±041) in the control group( P＜0.05) . The limb abduction degree of the study group was (60.08±1994) in the study group and was (38.71±17.32) in the control group(P＜0.01). Quality of life score by functional assessment of cancer therapy questionnaire for breast cancer (FACTB) was (98.67±1199) in the study group and was (60.08±19.94) in the control group (P<001). In terms of “optimized service process” and “reduced health care cost and running resources” , the nurse's acceptance was higher in the study group than that of controls (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion The nursing case management mode is useful to improve general selfefficacy, limb function recovery and quality of life in patients with breast cancer, it also shows potential to optimize the service process.
