动机性访谈对促进非瓣膜性房颤患者服用华法令的依从性的调查

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore effect of motivational interviewing (MI) on promotion of warfarin compliance in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. Methods Eighty patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group was given MI intervention on the basis of the control group. After 6 months of followup, the effects of MI intervention on warfarin compliance were evaluated by questionnaire at the time points of before intervention, hospital discharge and 1, 3, 6 months after hospital discharge. Results Compared with the control group, the willing and confidence of drug administration compliance at the time points of hospital discharge and 1, 3, 6 months after hospital discharge were significantly better in the intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion MI can promote the compliance of warfarin in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.
