自拟“蒲黄冰片膏”预防FOLFOX6方案化疗性静脉炎的临床观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Puhuang Bingpian plaster in prevention of phlebitis induced by chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods A total of 80 patients whose chemotherapy regimen was FOLFOX6 were randomly distributed into the prevention group and the control group, with 40 cases in each groups. Both two groups were given routine nursing care, and the prevention group was applied with external application of Puhuang Bingpian plaster additionally. During the chemotherapy treatment, the pain sensation, pain time and incidence of chemotherapeutic drugsinduced phlebitis were observed. Results The cumulative incidence of pain was 15.00% in prevention group and was 35.00% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The median time of pain was (80.92±3.73) h in the prevention group and was (91.96±1.96) h in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The preventive group had a lower incidence of chemotherapeutic drugsinduced phlebitis compared with the control group (15.00% vs. 35.00%, P＜0.05). Conclusion For patient with chemotherapy regimen of FOLFOX6, external application of Puhuang Bingpian plaster can effectively decrease the pain and chemotherapeutic phlebitis.
