拉环式塑料瓶塞开启后消毒与否的效果研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To compare effect of open ring type plastic bottle stopper with or without disinfection. Methods A total of 600 ring type plastic transfusion bottle were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group, 300 bottles in each group. All the ring type plastic transfusion bottles were opened in the same ward. The samples were collected without disinfection in the experimental group, and the samples were collected in two minutes after disinfection in the control group. Samples in both groups were conducted with bacterial culture, and bacterial growth was observed in the two groups. Results Samples with bacterial culture in both groups showed no bacterial growth. Conclusion In the normal clinical nursing manipulation, it is unnecessary to disinfect open ring type plastic bottle stopper.
