穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application therapy in treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung typed cough in children.Methods A total of 150 pediatric patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung typed cough were randomly divided into the group A, group B and group C, with 50 cases in each group. In addition of western medicine treatment, different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment were performed: group A with acupoint massage, group B with acupoint application, and group C with combined therapy of acupoint massage and acupoint application. The time of cough disappeared, clinical effect, length of stay and cough score were compared among three groups after treatment.Results The overall effective rate was 90.0%(45/50)in group C, which was higher than 66.0%(33/50)in group A and 68%(34/50)in group B(P<0.01). The day-time, night-time and overall cough score in the group C were lower than those in the group A and group B, respectively(P<0.01). Children in the group C had a shorter time of cough disappeared and shorter length of stay compared with those in the group A and group B respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application therapy is effective in treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung typed cough in children.
