压疮管理小组在压疮护理中的应用效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of pressure ulcer management team in prevention and nursing care of pressure ulcer. Methods A total of 126 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 63 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional nursing care, and the observation group was given interventions provided by pressure ulcer management team. The incidence of pressure ulcer was compared between two groups, and the mental status of patients was evaluated by selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS). Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 12.96% in the observation group and was 36.51% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). the observation group had lower score of SAS and SDS compared with the control group after intervention (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion Application of pressure ulcer management team can reduce the risk of pressure ulcer and improve the negative emotion in hospitalized patients.
