胰腺肿瘤围手术期快速康复护理实施效果评价

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on fast-track surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with pancreatic carcinoma.Methods A total of 40 patients with pancreatic carcinoma undergoing surgical treatment were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 20 cases in each group. Both two groups were given routing nursing care during treatment, and the observation group was given interventions based on fast-track surgery. The health education and knowledge level before operation and satisfaction degree to nursing service were assessed by self-made questionnaire. The time to ambulation, anus exhaust time, postoperative feeding time, amount of postoperative blood transfusion and length of stay were recorded.Results The score in assessment of health education and knowledge level was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.01). Patients in the observation group had an earlier time of postoperative feeding, time to ambulation and anus exhaust time, an shorter length of stay and a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on fast-track surgery can improve the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with pancreatic carcinoma, as well as their disease knowledge level and satisfaction.
