护理团队在老年癌症患者疼痛规范化护理中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of standardized pain management by nursing team for elderly cancer patients with cancer pain.Methods A total of 48 elderly cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 24 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing and pain management, and the standardized pain management by nursing team was applied in the observation group. The pain relief condition was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS). The score of nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results The VAS decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). the incidence of adverse reaction was lower in the study group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The score of nursing satisfaction was(90.24±3.32)in the study group and was(70.13±3.43)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Standardized pain management by nursing team can regulate the nursing measures for elderly cancer patients with cancer pain.
