德莫林喷剂在骨科病人手术后伤口护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of demolin spray on postoperative wound nursing of patients in department of orthopedics. Methods A total of 128 patients with traumatic fracture were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group was given demolin spray nursing, while the control group was given conventional nursing. Wound exudation, infection, healing time, scar formation and other indicators were observed. Results Wound exudation, infection, healing time, scar formation and other indicators in the experimental group were better than control group. Conclusion Demolin spray can promote the rapid wound healing of skin, and reduce the risk of wound infection.
