延续性护理干预在PICC置管患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of continuing nursing intervention on patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods A total of 120 patients with PICC were randomly divided into the control group (n=60) and the intervention group(n=60). Both two groups received routing nursing care and the continuing nursing intervention was performed in the intervention group. The duration of indwelling catheter and complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results The averaged duration of indwelling catheter was (113.65±83.89) days in the intervention group and was (85.57±55.36) days in control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The incidence of phlebitis and catheter obstruction was 3.33% and 1.67% in the intervention group respectively, and was 18.33% and 15.00% in the control group respectively, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention could prolong duration of indwelling catheter and decreased phlebitis and catheter blockage in patients with PICC, which in turn could ensure the safety of patients with PICC and improve the level of specialist care.
