集束化护理模式对Miles术后结肠造口患者并发症及生活质量影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on the postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with MILES after operation.Methods 60 cases of patients with colon stoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. After MILES, the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with cluster nursing intervention. The quality of life and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the 2 groups.Results After nursing, the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of bundle of care model for patients with colon stoma intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
