脑瘫儿童康复护理中引导式教育理念护理的应用效果
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of conductive education on rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 74 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group. Both two groups received the routine nursing care, and the observation group was applied with conductive nursing education. The development quotient (DQ) and clinical effect of rehabilitation were compared between two groups. Results The overall efficacy rate of rehabilitation nursing was 78.37% in the observation group and was 51.35% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). In terms of the stress, the speech energy, the speech energy, the fine action, and the crude action, the DQ scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the last followup(P<0.01). ConclusionIn the rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy, the concept of conductive education can effectively improve the quality of life children with cerebral palsy.
