护理学专业本科生一般自我效能感与自主学习能力相关性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the correlation between the general selfefficacy and autonomous learning ability in undergraduate students specializing in nursing. Methods A total of 286 undergraduate students specializing in nursing were investigated by questionnaire survey. Results Score of general selfefficacy was (25.20±4.63) in undergraduate students specializing in nursing. “Using Email to communicate with other people” was an independent factor of general selfefficacy (P<0.05). General selfefficacy was positively correlated with total autonomous learning ability, learning motivation, selfmanagement ability, cooperative learning ability and information literacy (P<0.01). Conclusion It is helpful to improve the general self efficacy and selflearning ability by guiding the students to communicate with other people in the way of rational use of mailbox and so on.
