阶段式康复护理在脑卒中康复训练中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of staged nursing measures in rehabilitation of patients after stroke. Methods A total of 90 stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care, and the observation group was given staged nursing measures on rehabilitation training. The activity of daily living was assessed by modified Barthel index (MBI) before and three months after intervention. The limb muscle strength of patients was evaluated and compared between two groups.  Results The score of MBI, upper and lower extremity strength were increased there months after treatment compared with those at admission, and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion Staged rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of myodynamia and activity of daily living  in patients after stroke.
