多元化延续性护理模式在永久性肠造口患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of diversified continuity nursing model on treatment of patients with permanent intestinal stoma. Methods A total of 60 patients with permanent intestinal stoma were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Routine nursing group was given general perioperative nursing, while nursing intervention group was given diversified continuity nursing model based on simple general perioperative nursing. The mastery degree of enterostomy nursing, the satisfaction degree of patients, the incidence rate of enterostomyrelated complications, the living quality, the anxiety and depression were compared between two groups. Results The mastery degree of knowledge and nursing satisfaction degree, the incidence rate of enterostomyrelated complications, and the anxiety and depression in the nursing intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Diversified continuity nursing model can significantly enhance the mastery degree of enterostomy nursing and the satisfaction degree of patients, reduce the incidence rate of enterostomyrelated complications and alleviate emotions such as anxiety and depression.
