非小细胞肺癌患者出院后口服吉非替尼治疗的延续性护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing management of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with oral administration of gefitinib at home. Methods Totally 60 NSCLC patients with oral administration of gefitinib at home were assigned to the observation group and the control group. Patients of both two groups received routine health education before discharge, and those in the observation group were given continuous nursing interventions. The health-related knowledge, treatment compliance and drug-induced complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The awareness rate of health-related knowledge and treatment compliance rate were higher in the observation group than those of controls(90.00% vs. 60.00%, P<0.01; 93.33% vs. 56.67%, P<0.01). There were 8 cases of skin rash, 2 cases of diarrhea and 1 case of loss of appetite in the observation group. There were 20 cases of skin rash, 12 cases of diarrhea, 8 cases of loss of appetite, 4 cases of canker sores and 4 cases of elevated serum transaminases levels in the control group. Conclusion 〓The continuous nursing management is potentially effective to improve the treatment compliance of NSCLC patients with oral administration of gefitinib at home.
