不同频次使用液体敷料预防老年失禁相关性皮炎的效果观察
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of liquid dressing with different frequency of usage in prevention of senile incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD). Methods 〓Totally 90 cases of elderly patients with uracratia /fecal incontinence were assigned to the Group A, B and C, with 30 cases in each group. Patients received routine care on skin, and the liquid dressing was applied once per 24 hours in Group A, once per 48 h in group B and once per 72 hours in group C, respectively. The incidence, occurrence time and severity of IAD were compared among three groups. Results 〓The incidence of IADS was 23.33%(7/30)in the group C,which was higher than 10.00%(3/30)of group B and 6.67%(2/30)of group A. The occurrence time of IAD in the group C was shorter than that of group A and group B, and the IAD severity scale was higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05). The occurrence time of IAD in the group B was shorter than that of group A(P<0.05), and the IAD severity scale was higher than that of group A(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓The higher frequency of usage, the better effect of liquid dressing in prevention of IAD. It is also need to take the treatment tolerance and cost-effectiveness when using liquid dressing.
