小儿脑瘫的中医外治法及康复护理配合

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for cerebral palsy children, and to discuss related rehabilitation nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 146 children with cerebral palsy were assigned to the observation group(n=74)and the control group(n=74). Children in both two groups received conventional treatment and nursing care, and external therapy of TCM was carried out in the observation group. The rehabilitation condition was evaluated by PALCI scale and Barthel index(BI). Results 〓The PALCI score was(26.57±3.19)in the observation group, which was lower than(31.23±2.46)of the controls(P<0.05). Children in the observation group achieved a higher score of BI compared with that in the control group(41.14±2.37 vs. 40.47±2.09, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓With a higher acceptance among parents, the external therapy of TCM is potentially effective to improve the functional recovery of children with cerebral palsy.
