食管癌患者放疗前预置胃管行肠内营养支持的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition support by nasogastric tube before radiotherapy in patients with esophagus cancer, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with esophagus cancer were given enteral nutrition support by nasogastric tube before radiotherapy. Targeted nursing measures were carried out during enteral nutrition support. The clinical efficacy of enteral nutrition support by nasogastric tube was evaluated by monitoring related nutritional indexes. Results 〓All patients completed full course radiotherapy. There was no significant difference in body weight, hemoglobin and albumin levels before and after radiotherapy. Conclusion 〓It is required to carry out targeted nursing measures during enteral nutrition support in esophagus cancer patients, in order to improve their quality of life and ensure the following radiotherapy.
