应用腹带缓解儿童腹腔镜术后疼痛的效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the medical bellyband in pain relief after laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis in children. Methods 〓Totally 30 pediatric patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis were included as the control group between January, 2017 and March, 2017. Another 30 pediatric patients were enrolled as the observation group between July, 2017 and September, 2017. Pediatric patients in both two groups received routine care during operation period, and the medical bellyband was adopted in the observation group. The postoperative incision pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale. Results 〓Compared with those in the control group, pediatric patients in the observation group had a lower VAS score of incision pain at 4 h after operation. There was no obvious difference in VAS score of incision pain at time points of leaving bed, 1 day and 2 days after operation. Conclusion 〓Medical bellyband is an cost-effectiveness tool in relieving the postoperative incision pain of children with laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis.
